Mindset Alignment helps you clear the thoughts, habits, and emotional patterns that make staying consistent with your health and fitness feel harder than it should. It’s a gentle, practical session that supports your mindset so you can follow through, stay motivated, and feel more grounded in your routines. Perfect if you want your mind and body working together—not against each other.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and are held in our outdoor studio or in your own home.
The mindset alignment method is strictly limited to supporting clarity, mindset shifts and personal insight. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any medical conditions and is not a replacement for medical care or other wellbeing support.

Personal Training is available if you need extra help and motivation to reach your fitness goals or require flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle. Have us help you achieve goals faster with individual attention focused 100% on your specific requirements. You can also book private sessions to train with a partner.

Supportive, low‑pressure sessions designed to build strength, fitness, mobility, and confidence at your pace. Every class is welcoming, adaptable, and focused on helping you move well and feel good in your body.
Sessions are 45 minutes long and held outdoors in local parks.

Deep Tissue Massage uses slow, focused pressure to release tight muscles and long‑held tension. It helps ease soreness, improve mobility, and restore comfortable, natural movement.
Scar Release Therapy gently softens and mobilises scar tissue to reduce tightness, pulling, and restriction. It supports better movement and comfort around both new and older scars.
Sessions are 30 minutes long and can be done in our outdoor studio or we can come to you.

Become strong and toned with our resistance training program creating lean muscle to sculpt and tone. Progressive strength and conditioning will improve functional movement and fitness. We also include some cardio training for cardiovascular fitness.

A class with a focus on strengthening the core muscles. The class includes body weight, resistance band and weight exercises that activate the core stabilising muscles. Training the core muscles will help prevent injuries and provide an essential foundation for other forms of exercise.

Exercises for older adults to help gain better function and movement to improve balance, strength and mobility. These exercises help with everyday activities like getting up off the floor, carrying heavy objects and putting something on a shelf. Reduce the risk of injury and increase your quality of life.

A fun, feel‑good class with simple, easy‑to‑follow moves, great music, and plenty of options for all fitness levels. Designed to build confidence, strength, and energy in a supportive environment where you can move at your own pace and enjoy getting active.
Jane is a professional who encourages and motivates members to reach their personal fitness goals. She has a great connection with people and excellent coaching skills. It has been a pleasure to work side by side with Jane in her fitness career.

Jane is always so supportive and made sure I was included in activities, even when I couldn't do some moves with my injured knee. The classes are casual and fun, and I felt it was a judgement free atmosphere.
